STORYTELLING WITH YOGA

Our inclusion of yoga in stories seeks:

To connect mind and body to key twists in the chosen narratives.

To activate the body through simple and didactic yoga poses, and easily bring recall of decisive moments in the stories.

To generate serenity and calm.

To articulate literacy with a first-hand holistic experience.
